If your server is on node 3 and it does not come online after hitting the "start" or "restart" appbox buttons on your client panel, then please create a ticket and get in touch with us
We are working to resolve the issue with node 3 right now, users on node 3 may experience downtime on plex.
Node 6 is not returning after a reboot, we are investigating this at this moment.
All users on node 6 wont be able to use plex until this is resolved.
Node 6 is back up
If you are on node 5 and dont see your plex server, please go through the appbox setup process again. If you encounter any issues doing this, get in touch!
A kernel issue has caused node 5 to be unable to boot. We are forced to re-install thiis server to return to operation asap, we will setup customers on this server again as fast as we can and send setup email once done.
